Late Victorian Oak Chiffonier - Twenty Six

Victorian furniture can often be heavy and dark in appearance, and consequentially - Margaret felt this piece was in need of an uplift. She has always loved the romantic French Country aesthetic, and decided to keep this piece simple yet rustic, by using a wash of Duck Egg Blue.

This allowed the original oak grain to show through, and the darkness of the Victorian era is now softened, brightened and rustic.
